Ni BiasharaCreator Engine · The Stage

For Kenyan creators on TikTok & Instagram

Sell from Nairobi.
Get paid on M-Pesa.

Real products, your audience, your code — the site does the rest. You post and go live; when your people buy, you earn commission on every sale. We never pay for posts. We share revenue.

TikTok Shop hasn't come to Kenya yet — so Ni Biashara built its own rails. You sell from Kenya, buyers check out on this site, and your cut lands on M-Pesa.

How it works

Four steps between you and Friday

1

Apply

Two minutes on the form. We review every application by hand — real creators, real audiences.

2

Get your code + storefront

Your own code (short, speakable on live) and your own shop link for your bio. Every sale through them is yours.

3

Go live & post — #ad

Wear the product, read the book, drop your code. Your link and your code are the two doors; both are tracked.

4

Get paid Friday

Delivered sales settle into your dashboard as payable, and payouts go out by M-Pesa in one weekly batch.

Your rate is locked for 30 days from the day you start promoting a product. If the programme's rates ever change after that, your locked rate holds for anything already in your window.

The math, per sale

No percentages-of-percentages. Just your cut.

Commission is on physical products and on digital — calculated on the item price after any discount, before shipping and tax. Sell a book, keep half.

ProductPriceYour cutYou earn per sale

That's the whole promise: the math per sale. What you make in total depends on the sales you make — anyone who promises you an income figure is lying to you, and that includes us if we ever did.

How the cut compares

TikTok Shop

10–15%

What fashion creators earn on open plans — 13% is the platform average. And TikTok Shop isn't open to Kenya-registered creators at all.

Amazon Associates

4%

On fashion. Four percent, on the biggest store on earth.

LTK

Up to 90 days

Commissions can take up to 90 days to finalise before they're yours.

physical · books

Paid Fridays, 14 days after delivery, straight to M-Pesa. No store fee, no monthly charge, no waiting a season to see your money.

TikTok Shop / Amazon / LTK figures: industry benchmarks, 2026 — their published creator terms, as gathered in the programme's platform study.

What you'll sell

The shelf. Real designs, real covers.

These are the actual products — the real print files and the real published covers, not mock-up art. Our tees are printed to order in Frisco, Texas — printed when you buy and shipped via UPS; the books are digital and land instantly. Partner brands join this same shelf under agreement — same code, same cut, same Friday.

Payout facts

The rules, in plain language

Paid on delivered sales only

Your commission accrues when the buyer's order is delivered, and becomes payable 14 days later. If an order is refunded or charged back within 30 days, that commission comes back off your balance. Delivered and kept is what pays — that's what keeps the programme honest for everyone.

M-Pesa, every Friday

Payouts go to the Safaricom M-Pesa number you register, in one weekly batch. Balances under roll to the next week. Your dashboard shows every payout with its M-Pesa confirmation code.

We never pay for posts

Not for a video, not for a live, not for a story. You earn when a sale you caused actually settles. That's the deal from day one — it's why this programme can run in the open.

Leave anytime

No lock-in. Stop posting whenever you like; your settled balance is paid out on the normal Friday cycle and your code is retired.

The live playbook

Posts recruit. Lives close.

Your main live runs at 8:00 PM EAT — Nairobi prime time, the US lunch scroll, and the UK diaspora evening, all in one window. Wear the tee for the whole live (the sleeve QR is a walking shop link — show it to camera), read one passage from the book, and keep your code pinned: "Link in my bio, or use my code at checkout — same price for you, that's how I get paid."

Wed + Sat, 8 PM EAT

Your two selling lives on TikTok. Duo with another creator on Saturdays — their room meets yours.

Friday — Stage Night

The roster's flagship: a rotating host, everyone raids in, one drop, one live-only code window.

Sunday, IG Live

Softer: style the tee, talk the book, point the room at your week ahead. Different night, same code.

Live-only code windows give your buyers a discount during the live and two hours after — funded by the house, never out of your cut.

Questions

Before you ask

Does it cost me anything to join?

No joining fee, no code fee. Your own tee at creator cost is offered in the welcome pack so you can wear what you sell — buying it is your call, never a condition.

Why isn't this on TikTok Shop?

Because TikTok Shop has not launched in Kenya — a Kenya-registered account can't attach products or join TikTok Shop Affiliate. This programme is the rails TikTok hasn't built yet: your checkout, your tracking, your M-Pesa payout.

How big does my following need to be?

There's no follower minimum in the rules. We review for real, brand-safe content and an audience that trusts you. A small room that buys beats a big room that scrolls.

When exactly do I get paid?

A sale pays out once it's delivered and past the 14-day window, in the next Friday batch, provided your payable balance is at least . Your dashboard shows every stage — nothing is a black box.

What paperwork is there?

Before your first payout you'll complete a Form W-8BEN (it documents that you're a foreign creator paid by a US business — standard for this kind of work). Your Kenyan tax obligations (KRA) remain yours; the terms say so plainly.

Can I sell for other brands too?

Yes — there's no exclusivity. Your code here only tracks sales made through your link and code on this site.

Disclosure & terms — the short version

The rules that protect your name and ours

  • #ad, always. Every post, story and live that carries your code is marked #ad and identified as a paid partnership/affiliate arrangement, in the first line or on screen. This is contractual — it's the law where your buyers live, and it's non-negotiable here.
  • Say only what's true. Product claims are limited to the approved facts: what the tee is, what the books are. No invented features, no medical or financial claims, no fake reviews.
  • No income claims. The only earnings number you may ever show is your own real dashboard — your numbers, your choice. The programme itself never publishes income promises.
  • Your code is yours. Don't buy through your own code (it earns nothing and gets flagged), don't share codes, don't run fake orders. Codes can be paused if the rules break: warning, pause, out.
  • Content code: no hate, no scams, no politics-for-hire. Keep it brand-safe and the stage stays open to you.

This is a summary. The full programme terms (version ) govern, and you accept them when you apply.
