We will never ask for your TikTok or Instagram password. Not on this form, not in a DM, not ever. Anyone who does is not us.

✓Usage rights — yours

You own your content. Ni Biashara and the partner brand may repost your product clips with credit for 90 days — nothing more, nothing without your name on it.

✓Payment date — Fridays

Paid every Friday by M-Pesa, 14 days after delivery, once your payable balance clears . Every payout shows its M-Pesa confirmation in your dashboard.

Full legal name Must match your M-Pesa registration — this is the name payouts are identity-checked against.

Display name The name shown on your storefront.

I understand that before my first payout I must complete a Form W-8BEN (it documents my foreign-creator status for the US business paying me), and that my Kenyan tax obligations (KRA) are my own.

I agree that every post, story and live carrying my code will be marked #ad and identified as a paid partnership/affiliate arrangement, and that I will only make product claims from the programme's approved facts.

I accept the Creator Engine programme terms (version ): commission on delivered, non-refunded sales only; -day payable window; -day clawback; payouts on s over by M-Pesa. We never pay for posts.
